Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
The short version: Pinolo is in free early access. Bring your own AI, keep ownership of your content, treat its output as suggestions — and hold us to the promises in the privacy policy.
The service
Pinolo is a personal AI chief of staff: it ingests the content you provide or connect, maintains a memory derived from it, and produces briefs, coaching and suggestions. It is operated by Rivamont, Principality of Monaco.
Your AI, your subscription
Pinolo works with an AI assistant you bring (for example Claude). Its output, availability and terms are governed by its provider, not by us. The service may also rely on AI providers on our side to deliver features — see the Privacy Policy for how processors are disclosed.
Your account
One person per account. You sign in via email magic link — keep your email account secure; it is your key.
Your content
It stays yours. You grant us only the license needed to store and process it to provide the service. We do not sell it, advertise on it, or train models on it.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no abuse of the service, no attempts to breach tenant isolation, no reselling without our agreement. Only submit content (such as meeting recordings) that you are lawfully allowed to process.
Suggestions, not decisions
Pinolo proposes: briefs, drafts, nudges, coaching. You decide. Output derived from AI reasoning can be wrong — verify before acting on anything consequential. Pinolo is not legal, medical or financial advice.
Early access and availability
The service is provided “as is”, without uptime guarantees during early access. Background work runs when your assistant shows up; we say so rather than pretend otherwise. Features may change as we build.
Fees
Free during early access. If paid tiers arrive, they will apply only after clear notice — nothing becomes paid under you silently.
Termination
You can stop at any time and request deletion of your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, during the free early access, is zero. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Monaco; disputes go to the courts of Monaco, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
Changes
We’ll post updates here; material changes will be notified by email.
